Here are other areas where you can contribute.

Please send Mark a WhatsApp if there is a specific area or are areas where you have experience and that you might be interested in helping with, or that you would like to discuss.

A. Proofreading. As you will see from the way we have arranged the folders, there are several stages where feedback is useful:

1. Initial drafts. This requires using the same research as the writer and checking the proof for completeness - that it covers all the important points. Check for category and suggest tags.

2. General Feedback. No research needed. Does the writing flow and have the right focus?

3. Editorial Feedback. No research needed but just to check if it fits in with the style guide and punctuation and to suggest ways of improving how the text reads.…

B. Strategic planning. Help to review messaging, areas we are missing, where else we can make an impact.

C. Website skills. When a blog is ‘Ready for publication”, it needs to be published on the main web site.

D. Buddy System. We are introducing a buddy or mentoring system. Let me know if you would like to help new members individually through the process and we can pair you up with a new member.

Other ways to help if you have experience in these areas:

· Set up social media strategy

· Blog analytics

· Review social media esp. Linkedin, Tiktok

· Organise zoom meetings, social events

· Compile newsletter / MailerLite profile /graphics -identify images for particular blogs

Also do let us know if you have access to different communities of interest (e.g. education, religion, ethnicity) or there is something else you think you can do to help that is not mentioned.
